Sockzi accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • PayPal

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We currently provide shipping within Canada, United States, and International. Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within two business days (while in stock). Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders placed during holidays will ship within two business day. Items will be shipped by letter-mail unless specified.

We offer free shipping on bundles within Canada and the United States.

Canada Post Letter Mail: 2 - 6 business days

USPS First Class Mail: 2 - 6 business days

Canada Post International Mail: 6 - 10 business days

NOTE: We ship your orders to the address provided by you. Sockzi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or delays by Canada Post/USPS.

RETURNS

We know you’ll really love your socks and keep them! However, in the event that it wasn’t what you were hoping for, you can return them to us. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use and be received within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the socks back for a refund or exchange. 

Please send us a message before you do so we can authorize the return first.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has shipped.

CUSTOMS

Sockzi is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service. Sockzi has no control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Sockzi has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Please check with your local customs office.
